L'utente potrà comunicare, tramite un modulo di contatto, con la sub-agenzia a lui più vicina, mentre la sede centrale dell'azienda riceverà una copia nascosta di tutti gli invii. Questo modulo dà all'utente, anche l'opzione di autoinviarsi una copia di cortesia.
Il BLOG integrato nel sistema permetterebbe ad ogni agenzia di interfacciarsi con le altre in privato, per illustrare rapporti e stati di avanzamento pratiche e con il pubblico tramite la pubblicazione di articoli e ricevere commenti o richieste di intervento.
